Madurai Kamaraj University was established in 1965 in the state of Tamilnadu and became one of the best educational institutions in the state. The university is known as one of the universities with potential excellence in India. The Madurai Kamaraj University offers various post graduate programs in more than 41 departments and 35 M.Phil research programs and above 15 diploma and certificate programs. The university offers courses in various disciplines with above 70 departments of study with 66 UG and 45 PG programs. The university also has more than 50 affiliated institutions including autonomous and constituent colleges.
