 Educational Qualification

Master’s Degree from a government recognized institution with at least 50% marks at the Post Graduate degree, with degree in Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Education/Post Graduate Basic Training.

Ten years continuous teaching experience in approved service in a Higher Secondary School/High School/Junior High School recognized by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education/West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

Selection Process

The selection process will be based on the performance of the candidate in the State Level Selection Test. The Scores of the SLST will be considered as the main point and other qualification likes the academic performance and the experience will be used to select the

The general category candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.1000 and there will be application fee relaxations based on the community.
