VMOU has also notified that the candidates can submit the objections against the answer keys, the same can be done by July 18 through e-mail. Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL) runs IT Literacy and Functionality program in the form of RSCIT and the VMOU holds the responsibility of organising the exam on the state level. Since the test has been made as a compulsory qualification for government jobs, there has been huge demand for it. The RSCIT exam is conducted thrice in a year; usually first one in February/March, second in July and third in October.
