PRSU, Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University will shortly announce the schedule for the upcoming examination. The schedule for the previous exam only had been in the website as staffs haven’t updated yet. As now only the results for the previous semester examinations had arrived, the staffs are now only working for the next semester. First of all they will prepare the schedule for the odd semester examination and then preparation of question papers will occur. The time table can either be announced on last week of September of first week of October. If there are many works for the completion of schedule, then time table will announce on October first week. After the preparation of schedule, the staffs will prepare the question papers and then allot exam centre or hall for students. The examination papers and answer sheets, both will be provided by staffs of university itself. As it is first semester for the first year students, the staffs will guide you all at the time of examination.

Those students will receive the exam hall notification at the exam time as students should come to the halls properly. After that the staffs will provide the answer sheets first and will ask to fill the details in first page. After filling the page, the staffs will guide to do some other tasks in answer sheet. Then the staffs will start distributing the question papers to every students. The students have to complete their examination within three hours of time. The students will not be allowed to write exam after three hours. After finishing the exam, the students should handover the answer sheet to staffs and then left the exam halls.

After the official announcement of schedule from university, the students can use the link to download time table. First click on the link as you will be directed to website of university. There, click on your course time table of November December. A PDF file will open in which it contains all course time table, carefully check yours and download. Either you can also take a printout of your time table by entering correct page numbers from PDF file. Study well for the upcoming examination, all the best.
