Step 1: First Candidates can go and visit for official web portal- http://www.univexam.org/Uok/

Step 2: Now Click On “Student Panel Main Exam Form 2017” 

Step 3: Now you can see “Fill Necessary Details”

Step 4: After Fill Necessary Detail You can Click  Tab Fill Exam Form 2016, After click exam form 2016 if you fill exam form first time you can click fresh form otherwise you can enter Previous year roll no.

Step 5: Now if you are 1st Year Students then fill Fresh Form (Choose Option 1) and Select Exams Type, Course and Collage and Click on “Continue Button”  and follow further procedure to fill your exam form.

Step 6: and if you are student of 2nd Year, 3rd Year or Failed in Last Year then Choose 2nd Option to fill your exam form, In this Option Enter Your Roll No, Enter Your Date of Birth, Select Exam Type, and last is select your course and Click on “Continue”Button and follow further procedure to fill your exam form.

Step 7: After Successfully Filing of your exam form Save and Print your application form for Future Use.

Step 8:  Because without application number and Password candidates not download admit card

Step 9: Without admit card and identity card candidates not enter in Examination hall
