JEE (Advanced) the Joint Entrance Examinations – Advanced are conducted for selecting potential students for the 23 IIT’s (Indian Institute of Technology). After the completion of the JEE- Main examinations which will be taken as the entrance test for the National Institute of Technology colleges and other engineering colleges that will use JEE for admission the advanced examinations will take place for the students who scored high marks in the JEE-Main. The candidates for the JEE-Advanced will be selected based on the performance in the JEE-Main, scores in class 12 and other details like a number of attempts and age.
