AP EAMCET 2017 Result

The result of the AP EAMCET 2017 will be declared on the official website, i.e.,www.apeamcet.org on 9^th May 2017. The rank will be decided on the basis of scores obtained by the candidate in the examination.

AP EAMCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who fulfill the following eligibility criteria can apply for the AP EAMCET 2017.

• Candidate should be a citizen of India/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
• Candidate should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana and satisfy local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
• Candidate must have passed 10+2 exam or equivalent from a recognized board/ university with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses.
• A candidate appearing for the final year of exams is also eligible to apply.
• Candidate must be at least 17 years (for general category) of age and 25 years (for SC/ST) before applying for the examination.
• Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.

AP EAMCET 2017 Exam Pattern

For Engineering Stream

• The question paper will be based on OMR Pattern.
• The exam will be based on three subjects- Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
• All the questions will be objective type.
• There will be a total of 160 questions, of which 80 will befrom Mathematics and 40 of Physics and Chemistry.
• Each question will carry one mark.

For Medical and Agricultural Stream

• The question paper will be based on OMR Pattern.
• The exam will be based on four subjects- Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry.
• All the questions will be objective type.
• There will be a total of 160 questions, 40 questions from each subject.
• Each question will carry one mark.
