Education Qualification
The candidate must be a 10+2 passes out with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects by a recognised board of India. Besides this, the candidate must also approve with the Dispatcher License along with the RT license.
Age Limit
Candidate must be maximum 40 years of age as on 1st of June 2016. There is an age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST aspirants

Selection procedure
The candidates have to appear for a personal interview which will be held by the board of the recruitment. If judged correctively then the candidate will be informed to join. Selected candidate will be appointed for a period of 5 years and will be officially designated at Delhi.
Terms and Conditions
The candidates have to deposit a sum of one lakh rupees by a nationalised bank which will be a guarantee for the training cost. In case the aspirant leaves the company before the 5 years of contract gets over, then the contender will have to pay the allowances as penalty fee.
Pay Scale
The candidate will be appointed on the post on a pay scale of Rs 49, 255. The candidates will be given also an allowance of Rs 2500/-. Plus Rs 4800/- as RT allowances.
