Including the reservation and unreserved policy of Government of India, Air India recruits 55 total Airline Attendants. For unreserved category, there are 98 seats to be filled by the company’s and for the reserved category there are 95 seats.
Qualification
For the Job of Airline Attendants, a candidate first of all should have cleared his 10+2 examination from any recognized institute. His marital status should be Unmarried as it is an important eligibility part of the recruitment. It requires a sleek elevated height from the candidate for this smart tough job. For men the criteria set is 5 feet and 5 inches, and for women it is five feet and 2 inches. The candidates who are residing in the Hilly areas or those who come in the reserved category get a relaxation in their height of 1 inch.
Age Criteria
The age limit set for the recruitment in Air India Charters Limited is that candidate should have crossed the minimum age of 18 years. The candidate should not have crossed the maximum age of 24 years as it is a mandatory criterion for this post. There is a complete relaxation according to the rules laid down by the government, as SC, ST candidates will be getting a relaxation of 5 years. Other Eligibility Criteria
A candidate applying for the post of Airline Attendants must be Fair with not so such dark complexion and scars at his or her face. Both male and female candidates can apply. Candidate with their vision of N/5 considered good and N/6 in their worst side is considered fine for this job. Applicants with spectacles are not allowed, only with contact lens having power of +2D permitted. An applicant should not have any scars, any noticeable birth marks on their side. He or she should not have disordered teeth; possess a pretty fair complexion and clear speech without stammering and lisping.

Selection Procedure
The selection procedure for Airline Attendants is purely on the Group Dynamic Test followed by a Personal Assessment and interview. If a candidate is able to clear the above mentioned stages then he or she will be further absorbed for the pre-employment Medical Examination. The expense during this medical Examination will have to be borne by the candidate itself that should be between INR 500 to 1000/-.
