Written exam will be conducted on 17/09/2016, as it have enough time if you prepare well with maximum effort then you can easily pass the exam.
Exam format / pattern
Question paper have three sections in which education methods, general knowledge and your course stream, marks allotted for each sections is mentioned below.
TRB exam date: 17/09/2016
- Minimum cut off marks for getting short listed after examinations are 68 for SC, 60 for ST and 75 for others out of 150.
- Exam duration is 3 hours which is scheduled in the morning session hence it will be started exactly from 10.00 a.m.
- Question format will be common as like all previous examinations choice based answering type, TRB didn’t mentioned anything about negative marking scheme hence it may not be present.
- Exam center details will be printed on your hall ticket along with address
Selection procedure
After the completion of paper valuation marks of all candidates will be uploaded online for every roll number, then as per the cut off marks of candidates they are shortlisted with respect to government reservation rules and finally roll numbers of short listed candidates will be mentioned online. Shortlisted candidates need to show their original certificates of educational qualification to TRB officials once they proved that they have original certificates for all qualifications they are appointed as lecturers.
